Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen strawberries

  • 2 ripe kiwis, peeled and chopped

  • 1-2 tablespoons of sea moss gel (or 1 tablespoon if you prefer a lighter texture)

  • 1/2 cup coconut water (or any preferred liquid, like almond milk or juice)

  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave (optional, depending on sweetness)

  • Ice cubes (optional, for a chilled smoothie)


Instructions:

Add strawberries, kiwis, and sea moss gel to a blender.

Pour in coconut water (or your chosen liquid).

Blend until smooth. You can add a bit more liquid if you want a thinner consistency.

Taste and adjust sweetness with honey or agave if desired.

If you want a colder smoothie, add ice cubes and blend again.
